Nurse Clinician

Our client is a Singapore-based multidisciplinary healthcare group with a network of primary care clinics, private medical specialists, and allied health care professionals, providing an extended range of medical services.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating, directing, and evaluating of patients’ care and treatment to ensure best clinical outcome and excellent premium patient’s care.

- Enforce adherence to clinical care standards and professional codes of conduct.
- Facilitate clinical faculty development to support clinical learning.
- Assist the Doctor in both the operating theatre and specialist clinic.
- Act as a liaison between patients and doctors, ensuring accurate and clear medical communications.
- Offer administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the clinic.
- Assess the quality and appropriateness of nursing care for patients with complex healthcare needs, including documentation, and collaborate with doctors and the nursing team to make necessary changes in care delivery.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Doctor and the Head of Clinical Operations.
If you are someone with the following, let’s chat
- Diploma/Degree Qualification in Nursing.
- Experience in Orthopaedics or the operating theatre is advantageous.
- General registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is preferred.
- Enrolled Nurses with years of experience or a Nursing degree may also be considered.
