**Post: Sales Assistant (Offering Services Assistant)**

**ONLINE SALES**
- Maintain and ensure products information on company e-commence platform
- Responsible for orders on company e-commence platform to ensure timely services.
- Responsible for customer service, answering customer’s enquires on daily basis
- Post marketing services - taking pictures of offering items like flowers and lamps and sending to our donors as a post-sales service.
- Assist in the preparation reports

**ON-SITE (Temple)**
- Manage replenish offering items stock (e.g offering lamps, offering flowers, accessories).
- Serve visitors / donors who walk into the Temple.
- Assist visitors / donors in using the kisok machine for payment.
- Closing account of kisok machine daily at the end of the day.
- Other work assignments as required, flexible in terms of work assignments.

**Requirement**
- Min. O level/diploma
- PC literate
- Chinese & English (other language is an advantage)
- Willing to work in a Temple environment
- Willing to attend IT training sessions to learn updates of company software
- Willing to work on rotating shift & weekends/ Public Holidays (5 days work week)
- Customer - oriented
