Castlery is currently looking for a** Senior** **Performance Marketing Specialist** to join our Castlery's Growth Marketing Team here in Singapore. This role will see you planning, executing and optimising our paid media buys across various channels.
- Own and optimize designated digital advertising platforms. Devise performance marketing results that synergize with business goals.
- Own the performance marketing budget with a data-driven approach to drive towards growth and efficiency targets.
- Empower innovations within Performance marketing channels, including but not limited to creative, product category, audience, landing page and conversion post back.
- Drive collaborations and cross-functional projects with different stakeholders & cross-department teams to achieve the country's success.
- Make strategic decisions and prioritize with the right focus. You will need to know what decisions to make and how to prioritize to reach effective outcomes.
- Deep dive and drive insights. There will be a lot of data and different interpretations. You will need to identify what matters and propose effective solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of strategy and hands-on experience in Google Ads or Meta ads in e-commerce or tech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, e.g. Excel. Python is a plus.
- Experience with analytics platforms and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Google Lookerstudio, PowerBI, etc). Working knowledge with SQL is a plus.
- Proven track record in achieving targets with resilience, while keeping an eye on long-term growth
- Experience in leading the continuous strategy for performance marketing growth
- Structured while keeping the big picture in mind: you will need to prioritize the opportunity with deep understanding of impact
