**Role Summary
We are currently seeking a regional **Assistant Marketing Manager, Catalog **for SEA based in Singapore. This position is based in SG and reports into the Regional VP, Marketing SEA. Here you will get to demonstrate your knowledge of these genres as you work to increase catalog exposure and drive incremental revenue. Catalog is not all about anniversaries and re-issues, as the position will also focus on creating and driving marketing campaigns to support upcoming new releases, capitalize around tours and viral moments, and more.

Spanning across a variety of genres, we are actively seeking a highly motivated and diligent marketing expert to join our team.
**Your role**:
- Utilize legacy techniques and new school ideas, to develop new, tailor-made catalog marketing campaigns for all UMG International artists
- Implement and drive marketing campaign plans, provide support to marketing teams in SEA markets.
- Work closely with Regional Marketing and Digital teams to deliver innovative, effective and marketing campaigns
- Develop ideas and oversee content plans. Possess great understanding of digital advertising landscape, content and social media marketing nuances.
- Identify viral moments and build quick-strike marketing campaigns that capitalize quickly on such opportunities
- Analyze results of marketing campaigns and efforts as well as any other appropriate contextual market conditions; identify key opportunities and communicate these to the team
- Advise on best practices based on data analytics across multiple platforms
- Provide support adhoc projects and Domestic Marketing team when required
**About you**:
- Love Music
- Possess a deep understanding of the modern digital world, the current music market, and pop culture trends
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field (music, entertainment, marketing)
- Extremely organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience managing timelines and budgets
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking
- Ability to use storytelling in showcasing new ideas and achieving goals
- Experience with creative strategy, leading marketing campaigns internally and externally with digital retailers (such as Spotify, Apple or YouTube) and social partners (like Instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Self-starter, able to work independently in the field day to day with little direct supervision
- Flexibility with working across many international time zones. Some tasks and calls will be required outside of regular business hours
