As a Supply Chain Manager (Manpower Outsourcing), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end process of outsourcing manpower to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the supply chain of talent acquisition, ensuring timely sourcing, onboarding, and deployment of manpower resources. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to contribute to the success of our organization and our clients' businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to streamline the outsourcing process and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with client companies to understand their manpower requirements and align staffing solutions accordingly.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and other external partners to ensure a steady supply of qualified manpower.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of manpower outsourcing operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards governing manpower outsourcing activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the manpower outsourcing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supply chain management,or warehouse operation.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work Overtime.
