
Manager - Ecommerce Program Manager

**Aufgaben**:
- We are looking for highly motivated individual to join us and be part of the Regional Center of Competence (RCoC) for eCommerce and Marketing team. These include leading the eCommerce rollout team, managing the implementations, driving all project communication and program from conception to completion phases as well as coordinating the day-to-day activities across the teams. The incumbent is also required to drive progress against goals and objectives by establishing clear next steps while resolving blockers that impede progress, supporting the leadership team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, information distribution, constant collaboration with key internal and external partners as well as streamlining the system processes among defined integrated systems.
- As the eCommerce Program Mnaager, your main responsibilities will include the following:
- 1. Team and Program Management- Facilitate the whole e-commerce program and provide recommendations to leadership based on the business targets
- Act as project manager to assist with all phases of development from design to implementation to ensure successful delivery on promises
- Demonstrating the ability to solve complex issues
- Develop communication plan to ensure strong connection and collaboration between Markets, HQ, RCOC, BU teams
- Team leader for the rollout managers, agile facilitators, integration managers and testors to be responsible for any manager/administrator tasks, resolving conflicts, motivating the team, feedback, and personal development plans
- Work closely with DH team to complete EMH rollouts with given targets including Scope, Timeline, Capacities
- Ensure properly maintained documentation of the whole program
2. Demand and Scope Management- Help team to clarify requirements and synergize requirements with the business and product owners
- Identify gaps and localizations as well as review risks
- Support the team to govern change requests from gaps and localizations
- Provide manager feedback to the requirements
- Define scope and estimate effort and provide input to management
3. Busness Analysis and Business Consulting- Perform consulting according to certain level if needed
- Involve in rollouts as a program and rollout manager if required
- Regular contact with vendors to obtain information on new enhancements or system upgrades to maintain competence level
- Continuous testing on system to explore the capabilitities as well as challenge the logic of program
- Share market practice and experience, and lessons learned
- Manage business consulting in know-how
4. Govern Vendor Design and Measure Vendor Deliverables- Manage any vendors in terms of development/enhancement/delivery quality and facilitating vendor delivery process in quality
- Manage regional piloting with system integration testing, user acceptance testing/integration testing and regional piloting go-live
- Ensure good quality documentation of solution and release for rollout
5. Integration Expert and Management- Make sure rollout process and business processes are followed by the team
- Identify and define integrations among global and/or regional systems
- Identify and define potential interfaces
6. Close Collaboration with Headquarter (HQ)- Maintain regular contact with HQ to receive guidance concerning strategic Mercedes-Benz digital solutions
- Align HQ existing solutions for adoption and adaptation
- Jointly plan with HQ on future development requirement as global solutions with input from oveaseas markets
- Govern and steer the markets in IT digital solutions
**Qualifikationen**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering
- 10 Years automotive experience with strong IT system integration and digital technologies e.g. web and app
- Agile Scrum master and/or Product Owner knowledge/training is a big advantage
- Vocational training in business process and systems relevant integrations in both eCommerce and Retailer of the Future programs
- Relevant Education in business management, business consulting skills/technique and/or IT Management
- Certificate in SCALE agile framework is preferable
- Understanding of and commitment to IT as wholese and retail concerning digital solutions and technologies
- Experience with Atlasian Tool chain (Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Experience with Agile Project, and all kinds of Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, etc)
- Good knowledge in digital technologies and development trends
- Very self-reliant and self-motivated working style
- Strong strategic thinking and planning
- Strong leadership and good team player as working in an international and intercultural context
- Readiness to travel
- Fast learning, open-minded and focused
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Very good attitude to workload, pressure, documentation, customers and internal colleagues
- Good planning and organisational skills
