In this role, you will have direct access to the most senior leaders of the company, who individually bring 20+ years of experience in respective domains to you and EliteFit.AI.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Testing and Design Specialist. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment, where they will play a crucial part in crafting seamless user experiences.

**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct manual and automated testing on laptop and mobile for product maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and address defects promptly.
- Perform functional testing of features for release cycles. Execute regression and sanity test cases, raising issues, and proper documentation of testing.
- Drive with a sense of ownership to communicate effectively with the manager and the developers to resolve the issues found.
- Collecting testing data for product improvements and providing feedback to the Software development and Data Science teams.
- Work closely with team members to create/update test cases, compare test results, carry out delegated deliverables

**Who should apply/Qualifications**:

- Product validation hands-on experience in testing a product.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including manual testing, sanity testing, automation testing, performance testing.
- Enthusiastic individuals excited about shaping the future of software products and eager to contribute in a dynamic startup environment.
- Adaptable team players who collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and are inclusive in a multinational, culturally diverse environment
- Individual with excellent presentation and communication skills for effectively conveying design concepts and testing results to cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently with a high level of responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Committed to continuous learning to stay updated on the latest testing and design trends.
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills to address challenges.
- Positive & proactive work ethic. Must be a self-starter

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative design and development.
- Previous exposure to agile development methodologies and working within agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Exposure to usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
