**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand objectives
- Craft compelling, authentic content that builds meaningful connections with target audiences
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on engagement and conversion
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and others
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and voice
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic input to ongoing marketing efforts

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Proficient in social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics software
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for storytelling and design
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to keep up with digital trends

Under the revised Employment Agencies Licence Condition 5(b), employment agencies (EAs) are required to collect the personal data (e.g., NRIC, FIN) of applicants referred to employers for permanent or contract job positions of at least 6 months with a fixed monthly salary of $3,300 and above. PDPA requirements on collection, use and disclosure of personal data are not applicable to EAs that are collecting such information, as it is a regulatory requirement.
