**Title**:
Senior Information Management Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences.
Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices.
Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes.
May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Responsible for configuration and implementation of Engineering Data warehouse (Aveva Engineering & ISM) and Data Exchange interfaces from various Engineering authoring tools to the Data Warehouse and perform regular data exchange functions and maintain the same during the course of the project.
Perform regular Data validation checks and Flag inconsistencies to Engineering and resolve the inconsistencies.
Configuration and Implementation of Tag and Data progress measurement
Configuration and Implementation of Tag/Data Register Exports
To support the detailed engineering design effort by the use of standard tools, as well as support the project close-out and turn-over effort
To support data and document submittal to Client as per the scope of work
To support and manage the flow of data and documentation to the Client
To follow the contractual requirements for information/data turnover to assure a seamless transfer of information to Client.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree
Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 10+ years of experience.
Experience with O&G Offshore/Onshore projects with hands-on in tagging and data management functions which includes:
- Class library, Naming Rules, Attribute data definition
Configuration and Implementation of Data collection and validation methods
Configuration and Implementation of Data exchange interfaces
Configuration and Implementation of Data Exports and metrics reporting
Configuration and Implementation of Engineering and Supplier Tag & Data Management
Configuration and Implementation of Engineering software systems & tools
Good Knowledge of Engineering Database Warehouse systems (Aveva Engineering and Aveva ISM)
Experience in Engineering Data Class library Management
Experience in Database Management System, SQL development, VBA, SQL Server Reporting services
