Singapore CRYSTAL AUTO DETAILING & ACCESSORIES Full time

**Job Overview**:
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the car detailing and washing team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient workflow, and customer satisfaction while managing staff, inventory, and compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and schedule car wash/detailing staff to ensure adequate coverage daily.
- Oversee all detailing operations including interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and paint protection.
- Train new staff on proper detailing techniques, use of equipment, and to provide high-quality customer service.
- Manage inventory of supplies (cleaning chemicals, tools, etc.) and reorder as needed.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain equipment and arrange repairs or servicing when necessary.

Track productivity and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license (mandatory)
- At least 3 years of experience in car wash or vehicle detailing preferred
- Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos and submit reports
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Strong attention to detail and responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently and lead by example
