**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beauty Treatments**:

- Perform a wide range of beauty services including facials, eyelash extensions, waxing, threading, and brow shaping.
- Offer personalized skin care advice and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for beauty stations and tools.
- **Massage Therapies**:

- Provide therapeutic massages, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, tailored to client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their health conditions and customize treatment plans.
- Ensure all massage techniques are delivered safely and effectively to provide relaxation and relief.
- **Customer Service**:

- Offer exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude, creating a relaxing atmosphere for clients.
- Handle client concerns or complaints in a respectful and efficient manner.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
- Ensure proper stock management of beauty and massage products and tools.
- Follow all company protocols, including appointment scheduling and payment processing.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure all treatment areas and equipment are sanitized between clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of **1-2 years**of professional experience in both beauty treatments and massage therapy.
- Certifications in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments (e.g., facials, eyelash extensions, hair removal).
- Proficiency in a range of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about providing a high level of service to clients and improving their well-being.

**Desired Skills**:

- Good understanding of skin and body care products.
- Ability to perform both beauty and massage treatments with precision and care.
- Experience in retail sales (suggesting products for clients).
