**Resident Engineer (C&S) Urgent for LTA project
- Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities fully comply with the regulations, specifications/approved construction drawings, and client's requirements.
- Supervision of Civil & Structural, and Architectural works in accordance with the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Report to C&S QP, work closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
- Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site.
- Attend site progress and technical meetings with the Project Team, Consultants, and Client to resolve site and technical issues and assist in preparation of the meeting minutes and presentation.
- To carry out regular site checks on contractor & ensure compliance with health and work safety in accordance with MOM regulation.
- Duties at Commencement of Works
- Keeping Records of the Works and Reporting to the Consultant
- Inspection / Supervision & Testing of the Works
- Monitoring the Builder's Site Management
- Maintaining Documents / Information & Equipment / Provisions
- Duties related to obtaining TOP/CSC
- Duties at Completion of the Works

**Project : LTA Contract PT396
**Location : TEMPORARY BUS INTERCHANGE AT TENGAH BOULEVARD
**Period : 4 to 6 months
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in C&S Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
- Must be accredited as a Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES.
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in Singapore as a civil engineer, of which at least three (3) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to Works in the Contract.
- Knowledge in construction practices, Singapore Building Act and Construction regulations.
- Strong knowledge of structural materials, details, shop drawings and local construction practices, strong in coordination skill among Architect/C&S/M&E works.
- Basic knowledge of Architectural and M&E details and construction works on site.
- Good supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, mathematical acumen, time management aptitude and the ability to solve complex problem
