**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for clinical strategy, operations and driving business Key Performance Indicators of retail clinics.
- Achieving topline revenue, business profitability and clinical excellence will be key.
- Coaching and training plans to align clinical and service standards across all clinics
- Develop and implement patient care management programs on an ongoing basis.
- Organizing and coordinating events and activities and support assigned projects
- Shop Inventory Management
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A Master / Bachelor’s in Audiology is essential.
- Good people skills and committed to customer service excellence.
- Sales oriented while offering the highest level of patient care and support to partners
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (in order to provide hearing care consultation, fittings, and rehabilitation program to English and Mandarin-speaking customers)
- Responsible Team player
- Knowledge of MS Office
