Job Description:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing business requirements and project deliverables.
- Streamline processes and leverage on technology and automation to achieve operational effectiveness and improve productivity.
- Provide support and guidance to other IT Teams and junior members as and when needed.
- Keep abreast of relevant IT trends and technological development, and evaluate new technology/solutions, assess for suitability, and make recommendations for potential adoption.
- Maintain system documentation, including policies & procedures, user manuals, and system configurations.
- Any other IT duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in Healthcare IT is preferred
- Experienced in implementing projects and interacting with stakeholders and vendors
- Strong in critical thinking and analytical skills
- A great team player and able to work well with other team members
- Able to communicate well and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and IT teams
