Assist in coordination of event logistics and operational requirements for sports events
- Set up event venues as per event requirements and attend to client’s setup requirements
- Post-event and pre-event checks of event venues
- Liaise with caterers, event vendors, suppliers in ensuring a seamless event execution
- Provide on-site support during events (customer support, technical support etc)
- Collaborate with other departments for support maintenance, cleanliness, golfing etc
- Create fun and creative sports and golf events, camps, and programmes for Junior team/league, liaise with golfing academies and coaches
- Assist in creating event posters for publication purposes, order items for goodie bags, arrange prizes etc
- Packing of goodie bags and assist in event setup such as scorecards, novelties, decorations, registration area, scoring and leaderboard systems
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $1,740.00 - $2,000.00 per month
