Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to operate, set up, and maintain CNC lathes in our workshop. You’ll produce precision-machined components from raw materials, ensuring they meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Select and install proper tooling and fixtures for each job.
- Adjust machine feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain tight tolerances (±0.01mm or as required).
- Perform in-process quality checks using micrometers and calipers.
- Troubleshoot machining issues (e.g., tool wear, chatter, dimensional errors).
- Follow workshop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Machinist, or Lathe Operator in a workshop environment.Ability to set up CNC lathes independently (manual programming knowledge is a plus).

Strong understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters for metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.).

Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, dial indicators)

5.5days work week with overtime opportunities
