Your Role.

**Inventory Planning & Management**
- Forecast and manage inventory levels to support company’s sales plan in accordance to purchase cycles and lead time.
- Monitor economic factors such as inflation, currency and global freight conditions.
- Generate monthly inventory aging report to monitor and remedy any slow stock turnover.

**Strategic Sourcing**
- Work closely with the Product Management team on product evaluation, freight arrangements, cost analysis for OEM/ODM products.
- Source for new suppliers and sub-contractors locally and overseas to improve price competitiveness, delivery, or quality of products.
- Research, assess, qualify and audit supplier’s performance to ensure compliance to Company’s quality standards, lead time and sales revenue goals.
- Support sales department with quotations for adhoc projects and tenders.

**Required Experience.**
- You enjoy the challenges of Sourcing and have performed this role effectively in the past with success.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Sourcing Specialist.
- Fully comprehend import and export taxes, shipping terms (such FOB, FAS, FCA, DEC, and EXW), and best practices.

Pick up new skills and find new ways to reach our shared goals.You will be part of the team in inventory planning, forecasting, organizing and managing all sourcing and purchasing activities to meet customer’s and organisation’s objectives. You are expected to identify and qualify vendors, conduct vendor research and selection, monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance to service standards. You will also ensure quality of purchased products and compliance with Company’s quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for planning, procuring & managing of assigned brand products.
- Support Product Managers in sourcing and managing inventory of new agency.
- Coordinate with suppliers on delivery lead time, monitor & expedite delivery schedules.
- Ensure quality, shipping documentation and other logistics processes are in order.
- Conduct supplier analysis to evaluate performance based on quality standards, delivery lead time and best prices.
- Liaise with sales team for sales forecast and plan stock level.
- Responsible to maintain and keep inventory data up to date, to reduce out of stock and ageing stocks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in logistics or Supply chain
- Hands-on knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain, not limited to source selection, price/cost analysis, negotiation, purchase justification and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and ERP
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese suppliers
- Resourceful, self-driven and independent worker
- Able to work under time pressure
