**Make an Impact**
- Research and design best practices for enterprise leadership development including but not limited to C-level assessment, leadership training, executive coaching, and 360 Evaluation
- Partner closely with leading think tanks and consulting firms to develop internal frameworks and initiatives
- Conduct surveys, and focus groups and collect market data for talent analytics
- Organise and host leadership networking events and workshops

**Skills for Success**
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
- Experience in talent management, consulting, or organisational development
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability in conceptualization
- Proficiency in data analytics and problem-solving, along with cognitive agility
- Confidence and effectiveness in relationship building and stakeholder management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage stakeholders
