This position will co-design HR strategies, policies, practices and programmes for the EDPR/Sunseap Group in Asia Pacific region.

As the key go-to Senior Manager, you lead a team to partner with the businesses in the respective countries to achieve optimal business outcomes through effective people and talent management initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Build trusted, credible business partnership with regional business management by developing and delivery of people strategies to support the creation of a high performing workforce
- Provide HR advisory on potential talent opportunities, risks and solutions, propose targeted HR interventions to optimise business outcomes
- Work closely with business and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and enhance employee engagement
- Responsible for formulation of HR solutions and programmes with the HR COE teams & stakeholders to address workforce and business needs
- Highlight key organizational trends and issues through metrics, process analysis and other methods to determine potential human resources issues
- Ensure alignment and roll-out of headquarter policies and initiatives across the region
- Conduct HR audits on existing HR policies, processes and systems for effective management and delivery of HR services across the region
- Ensure legal compliances in local labour law. Implement group and local HR policies and ensure a proper follow-up
- Support the ongoing change agenda and drive related talent management solutions, including but not limited to high potentials, leadership development programmes and succession planning

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Management / Human Resources / Psychology / Business
- At least 10 years of progressive related experience, with at least 5 years of Business Partnering role in a regional capacity.
- Able to develop high level of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with all levels of the organization using tact, diplomacy and discretion
- Professional, independent & dependable, driven and hands-on with a high level of commitment to make things happen
- High IT literacy & able to perform data analytics
- Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence
