**The Opportunity**

We, at Flywire, are seeking a **Cash Management and Treasury Associate **to help
- Processing an increasing volume of payment transactions with a high level of attention to detail and understanding the importance of strong financial controls and safeguarding funds.
- Ensuring all payments arrive to the designated account in a timely and accurate manner in the most effective and efficient way.
- Monitor and improve Flywire’s bank network performance by creating reports to track key metrics like FX conversion & completion rates and identifying/implementing improvements.
- Assisting with various key cross-functional activities such as (but not limited to): handling client inquiries, analyzing opportunities to gain new clients/business and reporting progress to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various functions to drive expansion of payments objectives.

- 1+ years working experience
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects
