As the BIM Manager, you will oversee the adoption and execution of BIM technology and workflows throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers an opportunity to drive innovation, optimize collaboration, and ensure project success by managing BIM processes effectively.

Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for a BIM Manager:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**BIM Strategy Development**: Develop a BIM strategy tailored to the project requirements, incorporating industry standards and company procedures.

**Model Coordination**:Lead coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams to manage model integration and resolve clashes. Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**BIM Execution Plan**: Develop and execute a BIM execution plan to achieve project goals, milestones, and deadlines.

**Communication and Training**:Provide BIM-related training to project team members, including design engineers, construction managers, and site staff.

**Quality Control**:Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and industry standards.

**Data Management**:Manage digital documentation and ensure successful data handover at project completion.

**Collaboration**: Facilitate collaboration between project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Degree / Diploma Holder in any related discipline
- BIM Certification
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local industry standards.
