**Responsibilities**:

- Designing, developing, and maintaining our Data Platform (in GCP).
- Responsible for building and maintaining our end-to-end data pipelines from various data sources.
- Help promote data innovation with a willingness to experiment and to handle hard and complex problems.
- Research new data engineering and analytic methodologies with mínimal guidance and support from other team members.
- Review and improve the data platform as a whole, inclusive of data model designs, process flow, and end-use cases.
- Plan and execute data platform expansion as needed to support the company’s growth and analytic needs.
- Advocate for data quality and data governance to help ensure all data products provide are in the highest standard.
- Help to mentor junior team members to succeed and grow in the data engineering field.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2+ years of experience in building data pipelines with a robust framework.
- Knowledge of open source and modern data tech stack would be a strong advantage.
- Strong SQL and ETL skills are a must.
- Advanced in at least one programing language python or java.
- Ability to communicate with a technical and non-technical audience.
- Be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
