Data Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven **Data Intelligence Analyst**to join our game development studio in Singapore. You will play a key role in analyzing player behavior, in-game monetization, and engagement metrics to support game design, user acquisition, and live ops strategies. Your insights will directly influence game features, player retention tactics, and revenue optimization. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Game Design, Marketing, and Live Ops to provide actionable insights that shape the future of our games.
This role requires a deep understanding of mobile gaming KPIs, advanced analytics techniques, and a strong business mindset to connect data with decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze player data to identify gameplay trends, user segments, churn risks, and monetization opportunities
- Build interactive dashboards and visual reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DAU, ARPU, retention, and LTV
- Work closely with product managers, game designers, and marketing teams to inform design decisions and campaign effectiveness
- Track and evaluate A/B test results for new game features and content updates
- Monitor game health metrics in real-time and provide proactive insights to the development and live ops teams
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of gameplay and transaction data collected across mobile platforms (iOS, Android)
- Contribute to the development of predictive models for player behavior and in-game purchases
- Champion data governance, quality, and compliance (e.g., PDPA, GDPR, Apple ATT)
- Evaluate and optimize marketing spend and user acquisition strategies based on ROI, LTV, and cohort analysis
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Game Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in mobile gaming or digital entertainment
- Strong command of SQL and experience with scripting languages (Python or R)
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Solid understanding of key mobile game metrics (retention, monetization funnels, player segmentation, etc.)
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like Unity Analytics, Firebase, GameAnalytics, or AppsFlyer is a plus
- A keen interest in mobile games and understanding of player behavior patterns
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling
- Prior experience working in a live games environment or on freemium game titles
