**Your function**
As a **Sales Support Officer** you will be responsible for delivering optimal support to the Sales team in the internal sales process from quote to booking. The support role will require engagement in the external sales process and liaison with end user customers, along with representatives of vendor partners and resellers. The role will also be a key internal liaison with the other internal departments of DLL including credit, operations, finance and asset management.
- Receive and manage quote requests via multiple sales channels.
- Continuously monitor and follow up on leads in the pipeline with existing customers (and prospects), executing relevant sale support activities and coordinating own activities.

- Signal sales opportunities for follow up by sales team and signal opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their follow up.
- Signal improvement opportunities during program life cycle and introduce new and cross-sell existing products and services to customer.
- Performing the Anti Money Laundering screening of DLL customers and business partners in ROCK.
- Handling of the Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence in ROCK triggered by Event Driven and Periodic Review of the customer.
- Investigate PEP and sanction’s alerts created in the sanctions screening tool.
- Investigating and provide findings on background of the related parties (UBO and ARP) if the information such as date of birth is not available and submit to Local Compliance Officer for Local Risk Committee’s approval.

- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels. Demonstrated experience in identifying customer needs, and going above expectations in delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- A growth mindset, with proven ability to constantly improve oneself
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an inside sales, credit administration and/or a documentation role.
