**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitoring, scheduling & performing preventive maintenance calibration work for diagnostics audiologic equipment at hospitals or clinics
- Delivery arrangement and installation of new audiologic equipment orders
- Calibration and repair of audiological equipment.
- Attending breakdown calls at hospitals or clinics to troubleshoot / repair of audiologic equipment
- Support Southeast Asia Region (Philippine, Vietnam and Myanmar - Overseas Travel Required).
- Regularly reviewing and updating the workflow if necessary.
- Coordinate in inventory level for spare parts to ensure stocks are adequate.
- Report to management whenever equipment replacement is necessary for existing customers, to facilitate their replacement.
- Business Development for diagnostic products / services:

- Identify new business opportunities, contact potential customers

to establish rapport, build relationships and maintain strong

networking
- Manage sales calls and sales leads with potential customers
- Conduct product presentation and demonstration
- Assist in marketing initiatives implementation

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Applied Science / Engineering
- 1+ Years of Experience in medical device / technical fields
- Good problem solving skills
