Red Dragon Solutions is a leading consultancy firm specializing in HR consulting, talent management, facilitating internship opportunities, professional development programs, and training programs.

As part of our expanding sales team, we are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join us as Part-Time Sales Representative. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience and contribute to the growth of our dynamic company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads, Maintain an organized database of leads and record client interactions
- Schedule appointments with prospects for further discussions.
- Submit daily reports on call outcomes and appointment updates.
- Calling hours will be 3 hours (2pm to 5pm) x 3 days a week
- Meet with customers to discuss products and services, providing necessary information and support.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive with the ability to handle objections.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

**Salary**:SGD 15 to SGD 20 per hour based on experience

Contract length: 3 months to 12 months (Depends on performance)

Work Location: Your comfortable home (WFH). This job is a remote position, you can work from anywhere.
