Singapore Parkway Pantai Full time

Assist with the Implementation of Projects and day to day operational support of IT systems (Integration).
- Participate in the execution of projects, change requests and operation of IT systems (Integration).
- Support ongoing Hospital integration operations,
- Support new integration change requests,
- Integration support for new Healthcare IT projects and initiatives.
- Managing project activities in terms of scope, technical, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. All should be managed through formal change management mechanisms.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, project team members and partners in defining functional and technical requirements.
- Ensure accurate development and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and escalate to management when needed.
- Publish regular project status and manage project communications with project stakeholders.
- Engage and manage onshore and offshore vendor resources, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication.
- Manage and ensure the process and system documentation library is organized and up to date.

**Qualifications & Experience**: - Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
- Experience in Application Integration
- Background in Solution and Business Applications, planning, design and implementation of IT systems and solutions.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Healthcare knowledge is preferred.
- Understanding of HL7 is preferred.
