CoC Class 1 Master Mariner qualification or a Maritime DegreeMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceBreak Bulk Cargo loading and discharge experience including heavy lift and project cargo. Wind mill cargo handling experienceStrong cargo handling and stowage experience and skillsStrong computer knowledge - including knowledge of loading programmes.Awareness and knowledge in AUTOCAD, MSOffice, Lashcon, Videk securing plan softwareGood interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.Strong problem solving skills.Methodical and organized
