**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a
**Corporate Finance** professional with hospitality industry experience to report to the Group CFO and work closely with other Business Unit Heads in Finance & Operations. We are working with one of the region's leading real estate investment and development companies.

The
**Senior Manager**,
**Corporate Finance** position is responsible for corporate strategy, corporate exercises, capital markets, fundraising, cash management, investor relations, and research & development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Based on financial analysis and various inputs from various business units, formulate and implement 5 to 10-year strategic plans.
- Initiate and execute M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, coordinating with external advisors to conduct due diligence, and performing financial analyses, financial models, deal structuring, documentation, negotiations, funding, settlements, and closings.
- Lead group's capital markets transactions, such as bond and equity offerings.
- Provide financing/refinancing services for new/existing debt facilities.
- Developing relationships with new banks and enhancing those with existing banks.
- Update banks of group performance and strategy, and discuss cross-selling opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
- Presentations for investors and AGM updates.
- Engage research analysts for presentations and research coverage.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting from a highly regarded university. Masters/MBA is an advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
- Strong financial and business analytical skills.
- Outstanding financial modelling skills, comparables analysis, benchmarking and other analytical tools, including DCF, IRR, payback analysis.
- Knowledgeable about M&A processes and SGX rules for takeovers and listings.
- Exposure or responsibility within the Southeast Asian or Asian Pacific region.
- Full-cycle transaction experience and be able to demonstrate involvement in such transactions.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, including preparation of presentation materials.
- Exceptional organizational skills and hands-on approach to problem-solving, plus a results-oriented attitude.
- Experience in hospitality investment experience and real estate/property development industry background is an advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin both written and verbal communication skills
- Singapore/APAC based experience is critical and with existing/valid work rights in the country.
