Job Description:
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations in the office.
- Coordinate with internal/external clients.
- Assist in preparing of invoices and updating into the system.
- Preparation, filing and sorting of documentations.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of work experiences
- Able to work in teams and comfortable working independently
- Meticulous, accurate with figures and able to work under pressure
- Independent, responsible and detailed in execution of work duties
