We are looking for a skilled and motivated

**Asset Manager**(Hospitality)**to join our team.

$150-200K ( pa)

**Position Summary**

As Asset Manager (Hospitality), you will play a key role in optimising the strategic and financial performance of our portfolio of luxury hotels. You will collaborate with hotel management teams and internal stakeholders, to monitor financial results, optimize operations, and support key decisions relating to asset value, repositioning, and capital planning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the performance of portfolio.
- Analyse P&L statements, budget reports, STR data, and KPIs to assess operational efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement asset strategies aligned with ownership goals and market conditions.
- Evaluate hotel management’s business plans, forecasts, and capital expenditure proposals.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to recommend repositioning or capital investments.
- Support acquisition due diligence and underwriting processes for new investment opportunities.
- Prepare regular asset management reports and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with management agreements, brand standards, and investment objectives.
- Negotiate & review hotel management and franchise agreements
- Foster strong relationships with hotel operators, brand representatives, and consultants.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- About 20 years of relevant experience in hotel & hospitality asset management, hospitality consulting, or hotel development.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, financial statements, and industry benchmarks.
- Proficient in financial modelling and performance analysis using Excel and other tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
