**What You'll Do**:

- Identify business opportunities, potential clients and HNW customers to help create profitable accounts through identifying needs within the crypto and stablecoin industry.
- Drive stablecoin swap trading volume by demonstrating the benefits of the company's product and OTC services.
- Quickly and accurately price and quote for clients when needed.
- Work with a variety of internal teams from trading, operations, legal, and marketing teams to support delivery of business development projects and pipeline.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Straitsx and Fazz service offerings and client base.
- Communicate closely with other teams on varying workflow initiatives and trades.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A undergrad or postgrad in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Prior internship/work experience in a sales team in relevant industries. (Investment Forex, Futures, Cryptocurrency and Fintech).
- Strong knowledge & understanding of Forex market and trading, additional knowledge of cryptocurrencies will be a plus.
- Connections within the crypto or forex/payment industries will be a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Additional language (e.g Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Adapt to high-intensity work, demonstrate diverse cultural understanding and be efficient to work with different teams.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities.
- Expect full-time intern for six months.
