**JOB PURPOSE**
The role is primarily responsible for providing daily administrative support with given deadlines to the merchandising department.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry using NAV system (training provided).
- Handle sensitive information dealing with product costing, pricing and promotions.
- Work closely and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper filing of documents.
- Provide administrative support to Category Managers.
- Other tasks as and when assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in MS office Words and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in the use of NAV system will be of an advantage, otherwise training will be provided.
- Good time management skills to meet given deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Able to handle confidential information.
- Singaporeans only

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month
