**DRAFTER & DOCUMENT CONTROLLER**

️ Job Summary

The Drafter & Document Controller will prepare detailed engineering drawings and manage all project documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution. The role supports engineering, procurement, and project teams in delivering high-quality instrumentation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings for process instrumentation systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and technical data to produce accurate drawings.
- Prepare layout drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure drawings meet project and industry standards.
- Establish and maintain document control systems for engineering and project documentation.
- Receive, log, track, and distribute technical documents, including datasheets, manuals, certifications, and vendor documents.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare document transmittals and maintain up-to-date document registers.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Experience with document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, EDMS).
- Experience in the process instrumentation or industrial automation industry.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and QA/QC documentation.
- Knowledge of P&IDs, loop diagrams, and instrumentation symbols.
- Experience with project documentation for EPC or turnkey projects.
