- Assist with staff training and development of training materials.
- Generate reports and metrics as required. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace; conduct periodic inventory checks.
- Report and resolve issues with lost, damaged, or missing samples.
- Adhere to UL's Code of Conduct and digital/physical security practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- ITE or Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Skilled in operating material handling equipment and using hand/power tools safely.
- Capable of performing physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs, and walking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
