Pet Companion Specialist

**Attractive Package ： Basic Salary + Commission (after confirmation of employement - Up to 10K monthly)**

**Job Requirements**
- Must have basic knowledge of dog breeds
- Able to handle puppies of all sizes
- Knowledge of basic grooming and basic dog care.
- love animals and able to work in teams
- with experience preferred
- training will be provided

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the day-to-day business operations
- In-charge of sales and wellbeing of puppies
- Daily checking of skin and health of the puppies
- Prepares daily reports of puppy’s sales transactions
- Perform general housekeeping to maintain a safe and hygienic environment of kennel and sales area.
- Daily updating of social media platform
- Responsible for photo/video taking of puppies and uploading to social media
- Responsible for grooming of puppies
- After sales follow up with customers on conditions of the puppies sold
- Responsible for sending/fetching of puppies to/from vet clinics
- Monthly submission of form and sales record to AVS
- Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints in a professional manner
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
