Lico Resources, a specialist in Cybersecurity & Tech GRC recruitment, is partnering with a leading global medical technology organisation renowned for its commitment to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly experienced Global Network Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic: _
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise network infrastructure across Azure Cloud, IT, and OT environments at a global scale.
- Re-evaluate network architecture to ensure it meets the evolving business needs and technological advancements.
- Develop network architecture patterns to ensure secure and scalable connectivity across multiple sites and cloud environments
- Operational: _
- Maintain and operate networking technologies, including SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, DNS, and Radius.
- Manage network components such as routers, switches, wireless access points (WAP), and SSL VPN.
- Oversee Azure networking solutions, including ExpressRoute, VPN, Firewalls, and Network Security Groups (NSG).
- Implement automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform to streamline network operations.
- Administer security products, including firewalls, IPS, and WAF, to ensure robust network security.
- Diagnose and resolve complex L2/L3 network issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Lead incident resolution efforts by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support network-related projects and align network infrastructure with business objectives.
- Work with security teams to enforce network security policies and conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., CIS, NIST, GDPR).
- Maintain up-to-date network documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in network operations, with at least 4 years in enterprise network design, including Azure cloud environments.
- International experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud and data center network architectures, with hands-on experience in network planning, design, and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring global network teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.

**Academic & Certification Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.Professional certifications in core data center networking (e.g., Cisco), firewalls (e.g., Fortinet), cloud providers (e.g., Azure), and automation (e.g., Terraform) are preferred.
