**Roles & Responsibilities**

Cloud Engineer is responsible to drive customers’ initiatives for the overall Cloud Solutions roadmap, infrastructure project delivery and implementation of Cloud technology within Data Centre.
- Drive the deployment of customers’ workloads into Azure and increase their consumption of the platform by providing deployment guidance, supporting development of customers’ cloud adoption model and furnishing appropriate recommendations to customers
- Develop and assist the sales team in closing cloud solutions opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to identify, validate and grow opportunities to accelerate consumption in high potential customers’ accounts
- Accelerate consumption in high potential customers’ accounts by providing deep technical expertise and support in the following areas of specialization: Data Centre Transformation, Custom Applications, Media Services, Security, Compliance and Privacy.
- Work with technical team to overcome technical challenges
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud business
- Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Software design or development, Application design, Systems Operations / Management, Database architecture, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security and Linux
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends
- Working knowledge on AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with the following programming languages:.NET, C++ or Java
- Proven experience in major transformation projects and successful transitions to implementation
- Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
