Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- To develop Content Management Platform Dashboard for operations and migration purpose and enable the self-service API for Operation automations.
- Develop and maintain OnDemand solutions using full stack development with Java to automate systems administration, engineering and operations tasks.
- Optimize systems and infrastructure using SREOps/DevOps practices like automation, monitoring and continuous integration/delivery.
- Develop software solutions by analysing information needs, conferring with cross functional and users, studying system flows, data usage and work processes, investigating problems and heavily involved in following the software development lifecycle.
- Develop high-quality and detailed designs on end-to-end software development life cycle.
- Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
- Continually create, improve and re-engineering Build and Delivery Pipelines, CI/CD workflows, build and deployment based on the Content Management Platfrom needs.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentations, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams and charts, code comments and clear code.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improves operations by conducting system analysis recommending changes in processes and procedures.
- Provide information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing development and service issues.
- Accomplishes team objectives by completed related results as needed.
- Support other Developers by providing advice and by working on issues collaboratively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Hands-on experience with IBM CMOD/OnDemand platform or other Content Management tools for developing automation solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Java and experience with relational databases, middleware technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices like infrastructure as code, monitoring and continuous integration/delivery
- Good knowledge in Database design in Oracle or MariaDB or MYSQL and PL/SQL scripting.
- Experience with working in DevOps and Agile frameworks.
- Exposure to Test Driven Development and adhere to best practices.
- Highly pragmatic and delivery focused, “can do” attitude.
- Takes ownership for delivery and is a self-starter.
- Good understanding and working knowledge on web technology frameworks including Bootstrap.
- Have a good working knowledge on databases CRUD, through object relational mappers. Good command of the SQL language. Sequelize framework knowledge is a plus.
- Good working experience in development of RESTful APIs.
- Good working knowledge on protocols, including SSL, HTTPS and LDAPS
- Good working knowledge on software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience on defect management using tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Able to manage initiatives on his/her own with less supervision.
- Knowledge on any Content Management systems are added advantage.

Technical Competencies
- Enterprise Content Management products: Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD), Content Manager OnDemand Distribution Facility (ODF), Enhanced Retention Management (ERM), Content Manager OnDemand Web Enablement Kit (ODWEK), Indexing methods using CMOD family of products.
- Programming Languages: Shell Scripting, Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Python.
- Database: Oracle or DB2 or MariaDB or MYSQL.
- API: RESTful
- Tools: GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket.
