**Job Description**:
You will work closely with the Group Administration team to support ongoing projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Group Administration team in general office administration
- Liaise with the different functions of the team as well as internal customers, on areas related to the new office
- Assist with packing / storage related matters
- Assist in the coordination with various other departments on the move and logistics to ‘swing’ spaces related matters, including assisting with printing / labelling, consolidation of replies
- Assist in department initiatives in line with overall corporate direction towards digitalization transformation in conjunction with the new office fit-out
- Assist with asset tagging and facilities related matters
- Assist with any other / ad-hoc admin-related scope
**Requirements**:
- Currently studying for a Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, or related disciplines
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
- Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and follow up skills.
- Team player and able to work independently
