**Position Title: Site Engineer (Project)**

**Location: Singapore**

**Your role**
- You will work closely with the implementation and Facilities Engineering team to ensure that all quality assurance/quality control documents for the engineering fit out (EFO) project are handed over smoothly, including drawings, certificates, calibration tests, inspection reports, non-compliance reports, site instructions and observations, asset lists delivered, and other quality assurance/quality control documents. The role will be located at Loyang data center, report directly to the Senior Data Center Manager with a communication line to site Manager, facilities engineering._

**What you’ll do**
- _Establish quality control checklists and procedures for each project to ensure all work is performed in accordance with facility standards._
- _Maintain a quality program that meets the DLR’s DC Operations stringent quality requirements._
- _Review, Witness testing and commissioning of all projects with the implementation, operations team and consultant before handing over to the individual site teams._
- _Ensure that all types of EFO work are carried out according to the approved method statement._
- _Coordinating, Review, Approve the MOP, RA of all works related to Implementation & Operations team and ensure that all requirements are met, all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards._
- _Ensure that assessment and related inspections/works are planned, coordinated, conducted, controlled, and liaised with implementation manager._
- _Establish a regular meeting schedule with individual site DC operations and implementation team to track all project deliverables._
- _Conduct physical verification of the installed components (Rack ID, Breaker ID, Cee form ID, Power Whips ID, etc.) together with the vendor, implementation team, and DC operations team._
- _Work closely with site team for the cyclical replacement of major electrical / mechanical system or equipment._
- _Prepare tender documents with consultant, conduct tender interviews and site show around._
- _Follow up with vendor for the major parts replacement and co-ordinate with site engineering team for the MOS, RA and work schedule._
- _Prepare and submit weekly report to Manager Facilities engineering and DCM_

**What you’ll need**
- _Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any engineering related field_
- _At least 3 - 5years in Data Center building facility operations or data center project or fit out work related experience_
- _Data center Consultant or Project background will be value added advantage_
- _Knowledge in ACMV and other M&E related systems_
- _Knowledge on statutory requirements (BCA/ SCDF/ green mark)_
