**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including conducting reference checks, to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, which includes coordinating orientation, access card issuance, IT coordination, and exit clearance.
- Prepare and administer a variety of HR-related letters, such as employment contracts, confirmation, promotions, and employment certificates.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the PAYMASTER System and P-file, ensuring data integrity.
- Address employee inquiries on diverse HR matters, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, including overtime hours and timely submission of statutory payments.
- Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, IR8A, and IR21, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Participate in statutory and ad-hoc surveys as required.
- Manage leave administration, medical insurance, and work injury compensation.
- Collaborate with government authorities and agencies on employee-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR programs, projects, and policies/SOPs.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and robust analytical abilities.
- Strong command of oral and written communication.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.
- Ability to multitask and manage a broad range of responsibilities effectively.
- Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices.
**Working hours**
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
