一般职责

  • 支持上级根据运营预算管理日常运营支出，以确保资源的有效利用

  • 根据关键绩效指标和销售计划跟踪自我/团队的进度。确定日常销售活动的优先顺序并进行审查
  • 执行指定业务/区域的销售活动，包括产品组合和营销计划介绍、订单接收、营销展示设置和店内推销
  • 根据公司政策准备报价/投标价格、交货和商业条款
  • 通过对竞赛报告的输入来报告竞争对手的活动和产品
  • 记录销售数据以用于报告和跟踪目的。在适当的客户关系管理数据库中维护相关客户数据
  • 执行持续改进活动，以增强销售流程、销售计划、客户满意度等。跟踪并收取客户付款
  • 维护客户投诉/问题日志并跟进客户问题
  • 回复客户订单和查询。向当前和潜在客户通报促销活动和新/升级产品
  • 与内部利益相关者合作，确保及时交付产品。支持内部利益相关者与主要客户发展关系
