Concierge (Punggol)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides customer service on phone and at the residence.
• Provides information regarding residence.
• Runs appropriate errands for clients and picks up or delivers a variety of items.
• Provides a variety of business services such as collection or shipping packages/items and assisting with printing needs.
• Receives, stores, and/or delivers mail and deliveries.
• Develops and maintains administration of the residence.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
• Excellent multitasking skills.Excellent administrative and organisation skills.

Education and Experience:

• At least two years of customer services experience highly preferred.
• Has at least Higher Nitec or O level pass in English
• Conversant in English and MandarinAble to handle different levels of clients

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing at a desk and working on a computer.
