Manage construction of assigned projects from start of construction to Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring compliance with assigned targets in terms of schedule, cost, while making sure all the internal requirements (e.g. HSE) are fulfilled.


Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor project schedules and budget, highlighting any potential deviations in terms of timings and costing
  • Manage contractors and other third parties to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Identify potential risks in terms of construction and progress, making sure these are shared with the senior project manager
  • Enforce quality checklists for review or inspection of solar projects
  • Manage and interact with client throughout construction


Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of working experience in construction / installation projects
  • Prior renewable energy or construction industry experience, particularly solar preferred


Core Requirements:

  • Proven track record of effective communications with project stakeholders
  • Good project management skills with ability to report in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Skilled in project management frameworks (eg. Gantt Chart/Scrum/PMP)
