Our client, a Fuel Management Services is a leading marine fuel logistics, and they supply and market bunkers to all types of vessels are hiring Trade Support Assistant/Executive (Oil Trading & Shipping)

Requirements:

  • Candidates graduated with Business, Finance or Maritime Studies are preferred) or Diploma with at least 2 years’ work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
  • Meticulous, diligent and professional
  • Good drafting and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the trading department
  • Assist with market analysis, reports and presentations
  • Prepare and execute commercial contracts and relevant documents (including trading, hedging and shipping contracts)
  • Ensure the organisation’s contracts and documents are accurate and well maintained in a systematic database
  • Monitor, manage and provide summary reports on the status and performance of commercial trades
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to keep track of and manage contracts-related disputes and disagreements
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Other information:

  • Work Location - Northeast KIM CHUAN. TAI Seng MRT
  • 5 days' work week from 9am - 6pm
  • Basic salary ranging from $2,800 - $3,200 with AWS and Variable Bonus
