ClearSK Healthcare Group, an international aesthetics clinic chain, is looking for driven executives to assist our panel of doctors in customer service, preparing, and advising customers before and after doctor treatments. The candidate should possess a good command of languages and be able to work comfortably across different cultures with Singaporean and Chinese counterparts within the group.

Job Highlights:

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare patients for doctor procedures including pre-treatment cleansing, photo-taking, and numbing, etc.
  • Provide post-treatment masking.
  • Provide assistance to doctors during procedures.
  • Prepare and upkeep the procedure rooms, including sterilizing the procedure equipment.
  • Ensure proper filling and documentation.
  • Explain all relevant procedure details including its downtime and post-treatment care.
  • Follow up on customers after the first procedure and book the next appointment for review after each procedure.
  • Issuance and packing of stock for scheduled customers in the clinics.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an ‘O’ or ‘A’ level, Diploma/Degree in nutrition, biomedical, physiotherapy, pharmacy, or entry-level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • Cidesco / CIBTEC / ITEC / NSRS / NITEC Spa and Aesthetic Therapy, WSQ will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Pleasant personality, positive, and friendly in customer interactions.
  • Proficient in English communication and writing.
  • Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with Chinese customers.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant industry.
  • Organized and able to follow structured work procedures.
  • Impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable handling IT systems and devices (i.e., Laptop, printer, mobile) – you will need to use them daily.
