About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Job Description: This is an SAP project delivery-focused role, managing complex SuccessFactors implementations. You are to manage the entire SuccessFactors and SAP HCM projects along with other members to ensure meeting our clients' timeline and deliveries. You must work onsite and must be able to travel frequently within Singapore.

Pre-requisite:

  • Candidates have expertise in a SuccessFactors & SAP HCM implementation processes
  • You should be flexible/willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and is not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.
  • You are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment, and release management. This role also requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training
  • Must be presently in Singapore and able to work onsite

Responsibilities:

  • As a SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will be working and liaising with our top clients with cross-functional teams.
  • Involve in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirements, project design, strong project implementation in HCM modules, post-implementation support, and roll-out.
  • Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for the area of responsibility, where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • You will work on implementation for Singapore clients for SuccessFactors
  • Work with ABeam’s regional COE team for various activities.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience working in a Singapore consulting environment
  • Active hands-on Techno-Functional experience liaising with Singapore clients HR team & customer fronting
  • Very experienced function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in Singapore consulting environment in various industries
  • Must be certified in a minimum of 2 SuccessFactors modules
  • Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical & Functional Solution Design
  • Presales experience will be an added advantage
  • Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules
  • Preferred current base in Singapore and able to work full-time onsite
  • Must be fully vaccinated
