Facilities Management Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the base/facility and supporting facilities management tasks as required.
The role involves ensuring prompt maintenance of systems, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing facility maintenance works including building works, mechanical and electrical works, environmental cleaning, horticultural and landscaping works.
You will also be responsible for managing strategic partners/sub-contractors/technicians in the conduct of maintenance works, issuing works orders, assessing work performance, conducting audits and inspections.
Additionally, you will coordinate all work requests and work orders submitted by clients, consolidating relevant documents, liaise with internal and external parties to ensure interfaces and works programme are achieved.
You will utilize a Computerised FM system for Preventive and Corrective maintenance, Costing, Certification of Works, updating and submission of reports.
Requirements include a degree in facilities management or equivalent, accreditation in Tier 1 to Tier 3 of Facilities Management Accreditation Scheme by Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA).
Experience in construction and building maintenance environment is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good computer literacy/knowledge is required.
A pro-active attitude, independent and responsible worker who can carry out assigned tasks with little supervision is essential.
