Join to apply for the Senior Associate/Assistant Manager, Experience & Horticulture Studio role at Changi Airport Group Overview We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team focused on enhancing the passenger experience within the aviation industry. As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Experience Creation , you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative concepts that elevate the Changi Experience and strengthen Changi Airport's reputation as the world\'s most awarded airport. Responsibilities Experience Management & Creation : Work closely with the manager and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to manage existing facilities and implement new ideas that elevate the Changi Experience . Create memorable moments for passengers, ensuring their journey through the airport is seamless and engaging. Event Planning & Execution : Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events from small activations to large installations, including vendor relationships, budget oversight, and on-site coordination. Sales and Business Development : Actively sell and manage the booking of venue spaces for corporate events, product launches, and other functions. Responsible for client engagement, contract negotiation, and ensuring a successful event for the client. Project Management : Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion, develop timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure deadlines are met. Overnight Setups : When required, work overnight shifts to manage the setup and takedown of events and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations and passenger flow. Qualifications A degree in any discipline. Experience in project management, event coordination, or a related field. A passion for creativity and the ability to develop innovative ideas. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills. Experience in sales or business development , particularly in venue or events space, is advantageous. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts, as required for event setups and management. Candidates with experience in creative fields such as design, marketing, or arts management are encouraged to apply. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply for a more junior role within the team.
